Hi getting this in my log over and over again.
Will post the exact lines form the log tonight when I'm home.

What is causing this?
It seems headphones cant retrieve any of the album info/tracks.

It is fine at getting the artist info and list of albums though

Also, when I click to check for updates, i get 'error checking for updates' in bottom right corner

Cheers!

I'm getting "database disk image is malformed" errors as well. I guess i'll delete the database and restart for now...

Seems like an sqlite problem, but a fix is here (from http://sickbeard.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=4648 this is from the sickbeard forum so just replace all instances of sickbeard with headphones):

This is easy to fix without having to recreate the database and re-add all of your shows.

If you are on linux, have access to a linux box, or have a cygwin installation handy use the following steps:

install sqlite3 if not already installed.
cd into your sickbeard directory
Run the command
CODE: SELECT ALL
mv sickbeard.db sickbeard.db.bak
Run the command
CODE: SELECT ALL
sqlite3 sickbeard.db.bak .dump | sqlite3 sickbeard.db
Restart sickbeard

My artist info was failing to update and I saw these sorts of errors in the log file. Used this fix and it is all good now.

When I try that fix, I get some errors that really do make it sound like my database is malformed...
[~/.headphones]# sqlite3 headphones.db.bak .dump | sqlite3 headphones.db
Error: near line 2561: column AlbumID is not unique
Error: near line 2562: column AlbumID is not unique
