unzip-stream is unmaintained. last release is 3 years ago. There is a security issue reported by npm audit.

For instance vscode-test migrated to js-zip microsoft/vscode-test#172 (comment)

What is the feature you are missing?

  • do not have potential security issue reported via npm audit

Could you provide some example of usage?
