We will use GitHub actions as our build automation. The Build will need the following

Enforce Style Checks on PRs
Enforce tests passing on PR
Enforce Build on CR
Enforce Conventional Commits

This should be done by calling maven plugins which have been configured for the tasks as a standard Java project.
