Invalid row count on initial CSV import #75

Hello,

On the page 50, after the command example:

COPY master_plan FROM '/.../master_plan.csv' WITH DELIMITER ',' HEADER CSV;

It's quoted:

COPY 61874

It should be

COPY 61873

As the header row is not imported.
