react-native-naver-map is a map package that supports both Fabric and Paper(Naver is a also a tech company of South Korea).

I know that react-native-maps does not support Fabric yet.

I think it could be a good example of how a lot of props and interactions like maps and techniques like custom native view children should be implemented in Fabric.
