Can we add a language dropdown to the Header?

I can not find a different language version link directly. Can we add it to the Header like this:

The updated docs are actively being translated. There's a dashboard showing the status of translations at: https://translations.react.dev/. I'm not sure at what threshold they are planning on adding languages to the top level navigation given the current status of the translations. Currently, the most complete languages are:

• Spanish 72%
• Indonesian 42%
• Simplified Chinese 39%

Yeah once there's more progress on the translations let's add a way to get to them somewhere.
