As #867 #918 #526 are done, we need to document how to create derivative images for ARM (see https://github.com/rancher-sandbox/cOS-toolkit/tree/master/examples/rpi) and eventual needed configuration ( cloud-inits, partitioning, etc ), see also outcome of #930

A section in the docs about ARM examples and specific configuration
