Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Fleet issue: rancher/fleet#210

Fleet will add the possibility to specify different paths to point to multiple fleet.yaml files in the same GitRepo

Describe the solution you'd like

The UI should handle the new paths definitions.
