Support to add a tab in PVC page for view-only purpose

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am from "Portworx by Pure Storage" team.
We are working on an extension which will add some screens in RancherUI.
Currently I am adding one Tab "Portworx" in PVC screen. I want to show it in Read-Only mode. During Edit or Create it should not be visible.
As discussed over the slack thread, this feature is currectly not supported. So can you please add support for this in upcoming fixes.

Describe the solution you'd like
there should be an option for read-only mode. which when specified, tabs should be displayed only for view-only mode.

Also LocationConfig.mode should be an enum array
