This instruction may lead to ambiguous setups
if two conflicting or consecutive instructions change the same event
in the same or parallel paths of a sequence.
The same event may end-up having different semantics depending on the order of instructions
that cannot be communicated with the fault tree results, i.e., cut-sets or products.
