Run code -button missing for C#

The run code button (green triangle) is missing for C# exercises.

The green triangle is actually from the Python extension in VSCode. For C# you could try the C# extension from Microsoft found in the Extension marketplace, if that would bring up a "Run" button in the toolbar.

Ah I see. The C#-extension does not seem to add a toolbar button. We could consider adding a run button that executes dotnet run in the exercise directory.
