  • Get executable path from vscode active text editor (currently only python) Initial executablepath to TMC Langs #408
  • TMC Langs RUST implementation for executable path to support possibility for all languages

Currently TMC Langs uses (e.g. in python) default "python" for linux/mac and py -3 in windows or conda if CONDA_PYTHON_EXE env variable is defined.

Possibility to pass the executable path to TMC Langs gives support to use user defined python and python envs.
