Using IMAP fetch the changes and push them to other providers. Initially should be One-Way One-to-Many sync.

Setup in UI by login to src provider via OAuth 2.0 where possible, or the provider's flow and grant permission to read all emails. Do similar on destinations granting write for while email. Setup the sync rule and activate it. From now on it should sync automatically.
