Let's start templating the pages so that we can start re-using various objects in multiple places.

Following should be moved to elements so that we can reuse them in other places:

Header / Logo
Navigation links should be everywhere
Let's elementalize the footer
Add a sidebar (2-col layout - at least on the map pages... maybe not on the index page)
