建议添加txt文本url读取；
添加支持https网址

批量版本一直都有啊，为什么不用url呢，因为poc基本全是基于ip:port的，为什么没有专门做https呢，因为仔细研究下这些poc，你会发现他们http还是https并不重要，毕竟走tcp，其次确实也有几个poc是基于路径的，但绝大多数情况下是同时支持https/http的，肯定有特例，我以后会考虑下怎么接纳这些特例，感谢提议，/鞠躬

程序默认是走http的吧，对于https的连console都扫不出来诶。。希望能够支持一下https
