If you choose a component, then hover on the canvas, and the press CTRL-R before dropping it, the interface acts "strange" (the component disappears, and you need to press ESC to go back to normal behavior).
I expected that the component would be rotate "in fligth", before being positioned (and it would be very useful).
Checked with today's AppImage Qucs-S-25.1.99-191971d-linux-x86_64.AppImage

Not a big deal, nor a regression (it happens the same on old versions as far as I can test).

I agree that this is a usability issue. Not a huge deal but definitely confusing as a new user. Especially coming from LTSpice, where "R" before dropping a component is the norm.
