r-universe landing page

Thank you very much for the r-universe infrastructure!

I would be really nice to be able to add a landing page the a project's universe, for example with a simple README.md file in the universe repository.

I think this is essential. I use R universes for teaching (I maintain https://phylotastic.r-universe.dev) and if I point students at the site there's no info on how to use it. I'd love an option to have a landing page that tells them how to install using the universe, why it exists, etc.
