2.1 adds some nice features in regards to printer details, but it can also cause an unwanted delay when printing raw -- a format which historically didn't require these printer details.

This is a placeholder to investigate and possibly patch the raw printing behavior on 2.1 to ignore the missing printer details.

We've taken a more proactive approach and implemented idle printer searching instead via #797. Please request a reopen if this issue still persists.
