Add check for valid ayah #558

To reproduce:

go to quran.com/1/50

On current release it shows "Internal Server Error"
On staging it just hangs on loading

There should be some middleware check to make sure the ayah is valid, similar to check for valid surah.

Sorry, I went through the open issues and found there is one for this already: #468.
