When editing Multipolygon segment (line clicked between vertices, not single vertex) using "Edit vertex" and "advanced digitizing", when angle/distance are locked, pressing LMB will not snap to the digitized point - line is moved to the actual mouse position.
Digitizing dashed lines where snapping should occur:
Position after LMB:
Snapping works correctly with vertices.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Create multipolygon
Click Edit vertex
Click a line between vertices
Click on advanced digitizing
Lock on given angle/distance
When dashed lines are drawn into desired digitized position, click LMB with "flying" line of the polygon
Polygon is being edited not as digitized, but actual mouse position

I'm running a supported QGIS version according to the roadmap.
What is the bug or the crash?
