add UX to load MVT layers from style URL only

PR Description:

If a tile vector layer is created with a style URL but not source, the style is fetched and sources are extracted from it.

Here is a demo with a layer having two sources:
https://vectortiles.geo.admin.ch/styles/ch.swisstopo.lightbasemap.vt/style.json
