How to use your library without creating wit stories? I just add the input sentences and define intent and entities in Understanding Tabs

This is something that is not yet supported. You can use the existing components to build it and I would be happy to merge your pull request.

It is something that will be included in the next version, so if you're interested please watch this repo for updates.

There are also different result return if using Get/Message vs Post/Converse. Eg: Post/Converse will return different result even using the same query. Any idea about this?

I am using the /converse endpoint. the /message endpoint will be needed in case I wanted to implement message parse messages only and extract intents and entities, like you originally stated
