Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
W_XX-EUMETSAT-Darmstadt,SING+LEV+SAT,MET11+FIRG_C_EUMG_20221026120000_4.bin-like files are not supported, but MSG3-SEVI-MSGFIRG-0100-0100-20130214110000.000000000Z-1051616.grb are. If we manually rename the file to an expected pattern it seems to work which means that the reader should be adapted (thanks @ameraner).

seviri_l2_grib should be able to also open files coming from EUMETCast-Europe.
