Hostname neo.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov not reachable anymore

Describe the bug

When generating some composite, satpy automatically download background from internet, cf. #1362

However, currently the hostname https://neo.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov doesn't seems to exists anymore.

It's used here : https://github.com/pytroll/satpy/search?q=neo.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov&type=code

Any thought for updating the correct hostname ?

Thank you for bringing this up. This was brought up recently on the mailing list by @lobsiger, but I don't think we ever got to the point of making a pull request.

Is this issue still current after merging #2122?

This is fixed now with #2122 being merged.
