pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available

My OS details:
MacOS Catalina:10.15.7 (19H2)
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)
Processor 2.9 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5

When running command pip install numpy, getting below error. This is blocking my learning, appreciate your help:

% pip install numpy
