The appveyor.yml example at is missing Python 3.5

I had a go but I'm not sure I got the 64-bit case right #172

Shouldn't it work to just take the two files from the appveyor demo repo?

You mean python-appveyor-demo? Maybe, let me try it. Their run_with_env.cmd looks a bit more complex than our run_with_compiler.cmd

Assuming it works, we should probably make the two repos consistent.
