Motivation

Allows the PubPub Team to provide a high-quality default site output for communities at low cost while also giving those with expertise a starting point from which to make customizations.

Outcome

A forkable repo interacts with the PubPub API and produces a basic, but high-quality static site.

Site builder can start as static repo that can then evolve into service once we learn what's needed.
