Comments, "Suggest change" on wiki pages

Part of Rich Wiki project

Goal: make wikis more discursive, address issue of people not wanting to overwrite/revert/edit others' work, make critique and document collaboration easier.

If at all possible, it'd be great to use someone else's work to achieve this. But many of these are integrated solutions so it's hard to extract useful code. Still, look at hackpad, google docs, wikipedia, substance, etc etc.
