stuck at "determining gpu optimizations to apply"

my laptop with integrated gpu (intel uhd 620) is stuck at "determining gpu optimizations to apply". My other laptop with dedicated gpu (geforce 940mx) worked fine. What do i do so the script continue running?

This is an issue that happens on certain GPU's, we're currently looking further into the issue. We'll notify you when a patch has been released.
