Describe the bug

The blankslate-narrow class does not work well on narrow screen devices like mobile phones.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a device with a screen that is narrower than 485px
  2. Go to a page with a blankslate-narrow element on it
  3. Blankslate overflows

Expected behavior

Narrow blankslate goes below 485px when the screen is narrower.
