Sick of waiting an hour and a half for the program to throw a segfault and lose the entire test.

When a segfault occurs, the information about docked poses should be dumped to some kind of binary file. A utility should be developed to read this binary file and recover what it can into a .dock file, reporting any errors that it finds.
