Stop working on Sequoia 15.2 because of Driver Extension

The application stopped working suddenly. It says that I have to grant permissions for a Driver Extension. But I can't find Driver Extension item at all. Driver deactivation and restart doesn't help as well as reinstalling Karabiner Elements

Any other ways to fix that?

If third-party security software is installed, it is likely blocking the process. Please check your system settings.

I too am having this issue. Used to work on Sonoma, and older but can't get past the Enabling Driver Extension screen..
