The db_init.sh script assumes several things (tokenserver_db for example) instead of using the expected DSN variables SYNC_SYNCSTORAGE__DATABASE_URL etc. even though these come from the 'prepare' script of course, it's a bit confusing.

Futher more, the database user etc is not yet created at all, so that's a bit inconsistent ...
