I've noticed that a bunch of third-party dependencies bundled with this repo are out of date (bundled imgui's 1.91.6 vs latest 1.91.8, bundled libcurl 8.10.0 vs latest 8.12.1), some very much so (bundled zlib 1.1.4 vs latest 1.3.1)

We are not planning on moving 3rd party deps to git submodules.
imgui code contains local changes that we've made, and at the moment we're using the original version of zlib that shipped with the game.
