Currently, tests at https://travis-ci.org/plone/plone.event are red. Same with tests in Plone on Zope 4. Ok with Jenkins against Plone 5.1 coredev.
If I take my crystal ball I would say it is the newer pytz used on Travis (due to tox always uses latest) and on Zope 4 it's also latest.
