Compains from customs in Asia about slow project downloading speed

Several customers in Hong-Kong and South Korea reported slow build downloading speed since last week. We haven't changed anything in infrastructure in several weeks.

Builds are uploaded to S3 and customers are provided direct links to download builds.
It could be fixed by introducing CDN or using S3 Transfer Acceleration (there are some conditions though)

Steps to fix:

• Test big file downloading with affected customers from Asia, or use temp EC2 instance to test
• apply CloudFront or S3 transfer acceleration
