Updated REST API with new endpoints to manage switches and encoders
Added updated UI Version to example folder (v0.1.3) with newly added REST API documentation page and increased functionality to manage switsches and encoders on the Setup page of the UI

v0.0.4 - updated UI in example to a first working state

UI in the data folder of the example project is now in a working state.
Some minor updates to show version information in the UI (footer and about page) have been added to show the server version number as well as the UI version number
