dotenv-expand-like variable expansion

Hi, thank you for an excellent library that works intuitively.

I'm working on a fairly complex project with a lot of variables inside the .env file. Is there intent to add the functionality of something like https://github.com/motdotla/dotenv-expand to expand the .env file variables so that when using them in deno, the environment variable values are fully expanded?
