QoL: Deattach settings modal from main window

Having to resize the main window to properly see and adjust settings feels strange. It would be much better if the settings modal rendered on top of the main window in a reasonable size instead.

This could be looked into, but would require a bit of refactoring since making multiple windows requires us to provide a way to sync the individual contexts together, as they operate as two independent applications.
