Bands not centered #12

Hello.
Please can you fix bands like https://bitbucket.org/kuchura/eu1ky_aa_v3/src/default/Src/analyzer/window/panfreq.c -> BandHitCb
for it will be centered.
Example for 40 meters band _f1 = 6900; instead of _f1 = 7000; etc.
