Added support for manifest files

Custom levels now can have manifest files, the way paths are used in Lua is made more consistent, and the UI of the custom levels has been improved.

Early preview (fixed webasm binary)

Fixes the webasm binary.

First release of the server, the webasm binary, and the examples.
The API is almost the final API.
Changes regarding the packaging of levels still need to happen.
