Are there any plans to support file lock/unlock?

Apologies for the delay. I'd definitely happily support it, but I don't have a lot of bandwidth to add it myself currently. Also, support for LOCK is spotty at best, when it comes to servers that properly support it. Having it as an optional extra features-set would be ideal.
