From my understanding, there is no way to display a title on a video thumbnail.

Current behaviour:

I am ok with the title needing to be set manually via a tag parameter.

Please let me know If there is a way to achieve this, or anything similar, that I am not aware of.

From my understanding, this pull request does what I need. If true, can you merge it?

Can confirm that #88 works great. I'm currently using it in my own implementation of this code.
