Ensure configuration files align with current standards in the main PatternFly repos / previous package within PF-React

• Check that linting configuration matches pf-react (may need to wait for the standards in pf-react to be updated first) #24

• Update tsconfig matches configuration as it existed in the pre-extraction package #27
• Check that running a build does not cause any errors/warnings
