Not a regression, but PUSH_REPLY is incomplete when parsed. The result is that e.g. IPv4 settings are not found, thus resulting in VPN connected but no VPN icon (i.e. no tunnel).

Apparently, older OpenVPN servers seem to require an explicit dev-type tun in the client options in order to send routing info.
