console.particle.io/devices/deviceID should allow to collaps LAST VITALS view

Feature Requests

Since the Last Vitals display in console.particle.io/devices/deviceID uses a lot of space for rather static information it would be good to make that element collapsible.
Especially since calling functions and requesting variables may also be done while watching new events coming in, it would make a lot more sense to keep the less dynamic elements out of view.

The same would go for the FIRMWARE element. IMO this should go at the end of the layout just above the ACTIONS element.

Here I have lots of info I don't care to see permanently

While I'd rather have it look like this (actively usable elements all togehter in one screen)

Note the missing event details view as proposed in #71

Doesn't that look a lot more useful than this showing me three day old device vitals
