ShatterSeek v1.1

ShatterSeek now has hg38 support (thanks to Aziz Khan for help in this regard).
The results generated with v1.0 using the hg19 genome are compatible with the results generated using all previous versions of ShatterSeek.

Updated a few minor issues with the plotting function (which do not affect the chromothripsis call results generated with previous versions).
