Cross platform release

After good feedback from the community and the help of members of the discord channel I managed to get the memory handling to work on PC, Mac and Linux (any Unix). Also, some work has been started to unit test the remaining code with NUnit.

First usable preview for feedback

This is the first release. Unit tested except for patching does not unit test within VisualStudio. Tested in a released mod (SameSpot). Please feel free to try and give feedback.

First version that really supports multiple solutions to patch the same method. Designed to be future proof and should work if different solutions have different versions of Harmony. Happy patching!
