Proposition

Use a global dropdown button with a gear icon at the far right of the navbar:

Options

Settings

Opens the initial modal for settings (on launch, log level, default federations, default language).

Plugins

New modal for handling plugins

• Plugin description
• activate / disable plugins
• plugins sub features

About (Optional, maybe later)

About opens a modal containing global app infos:

• app version
• lib versions (to debate, I'd rather not personnaly, or at least only for devs)
• link to release notes of the release
