Not automatically picking?

Hi!

I have the subzero configured as my secondary agent (after local assets) on Plex with the subtitles priority of Portuguese -> Portuguese (BR) -> English.

Today I noticed that a given movie, was download and automatically picked English for subtitles but if I manually search, there are Portuguese subtitles available, however, even forcing a refresh, it doesn't pick portuguese.

What am I missing?
